Cost of dinner is $10 per person, which includes three-courses and choice of beverages (coffee, decaf coffee, hot tea or iced tea).
The November 1 menu, developed by Stephanie and Marcella, will offer a "Taste of the Mediterranean."
Appetizer: Layered hummus dip with pita wedges
Main Course: Tilapia on a bed of couscous, tomato and feta
Dessert Course: Roasted pears with Greek yogurt topped with almonds and honey.

The Recipe Box Atrium Café features healthy menus planned, prepared, and served by nutrition science students in the Quantity Food Production and Service course (NUTR 407). This course integrates each student’s nutrition, management, purchasing, organizational and food knowledge skills.
Angela Douge, MPH, RD, LDN, serves as faculty. A professional chef aids in the production.
