Congressman Danny K. Davis
Dominican University will host Congressman Danny Davis, representative from Illinois' 7th Congressional District, for a lecture on the effects of the presidential election and U.S. policies on Africa.  

The lecture will be held on Thursday, November 8, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the Bluhm Lecture Hall, Room 108, Parmer Hall.

Davis has represented the 7th Congressional District of Illinois since 1996. He currently serves on the Oversight and Government Reform Committee and on the Homeland Security Committee.
