Cost of dinner is $10 per person, which includes three-courses and choice of beverages (coffee, decaf coffee, hot tea or iced tea).

The December 6 menu, developed by Jess & Brianna, will feature a tea party theme. Tea party attire is encouraged.

Appetizer: Chilled cucumber soup, cucumber & avocado tea sandwich
Main Course: Chicken savory pie filled with fresh vegetables served with asparagus spears
Dessert Course: Raspberry scones paired with Todd & Holland tea.

To make a reservation, email recipeboxcafe@dom.edu or call (708) 488-5285. If a reservation is made and not cancelled prior to seating, the future reservations will be cancelled until re-confirmed by the patron. A limited number of walk-in seats may be available but are not guaranteed.

The Recipe Box Atrium Café features healthy menus planned, prepared, and served by nutrition science students in the Quantity Food Production and Service course (NUTR 407). This course integrates each student’s nutrition, management, purchasing, organizational and food knowledge skills.

Angela Douge, MPH, RD, LDN, serves as faculty. A professional chef aids in the production.

Recipes and photos for the dishes served each week are posted to the DU Recipes Board on Dominican's Pinterest page.
