Main Course: Baked tilapia Scandia topped with melted cheddar cheese, served with baby red potatoes

Dessert: Fruity California fruit salad with dark chocolate and walnuts

If a reservation is made and not cancelled prior to seating, the future reservations will be cancelled until re-confirmed by the patron. A limited number of walk-in seats may be available but are not guaranteed.

The Recipe Box Atrium Café features healthy menus planned, prepared, and served by nutrition science students in the Quantity Food Production and Service course (NUTR 407). This course integrates each student’s nutrition, management, purchasing, organizational and food knowledge skills.
