Recipe Box Atrium Café: "A Burst of Fresh Fare"

The Recipe Box Café lunch on February 7 will spring forth with a fresh-inspired three-course menu.

Appetizer: Green pea soup with tarragon and pea sprouts 

Main Course: Lemon-paprika tilapia with potato-rutabaga mash

Dessert: Lemon-Raspberry French toast strata 

Reservations are highly recommended due to limited seating. Reserve sets for yourself or your group by e-mailing recipeboxcafe@dom.edu or calling (708) 488-5285. 

A limited number of walk-in seats may be available but are not guaranteed. 

Inclusive cost of lunch is $10 per person, which includes three-courses and choice of beverages (coffee, decaf coffee, hot tea or iced tea). 

A professional chef aids in the production. Professor Angela Douge serves as faculty.
