Dominican University is open. 

Traffic reports indicate that travelers should avoid North Avenue west of campus.

Chicago Avenue and Lake Street are closed at Thatcher Avenue.

Approach campus from Harlem Avenue, which is open north and south of campus.

Dominican’s administration made the decision to open campus after consulting with the National Weather Service and local authorities late last night and early this morning. ​If you determine that you are unable to safely travel to campus, please do not put yourself at risk and do attempt to contact your professors.
