Professor Discusses "Psychopath Customers" on Radio
by Dan Armstrong
Dave Aron, PhD
Dave Aron, associate professor of marketing and chair of undergraduate programs in the Brennan School of Business, was a guest on the August 7 edition of VoiceAmerica's "Game On Business Talk Radio" program discussing the growing issue of "psychopath customers."

Aron is a recognized expert in customer behavior and has published several scholarly articles on customer grudgeholding and the concept of the "guerilla consumer."

On the program, Aron discusses the impact of social media and the growing "instant gratification" culture that has driven customers to lash out at companies and employees both with violence and in online posts.

The hour-long program is available for free streaming at VoiceAmerica.com or as a free podcast in the iTunes Store.
